Certified Fitness Instructor and Nutritional Counselor with a lifelong passion for fitness and years of experience in personal and group training. He served in the US Marines for eight years and has incorporated many of the techniques there into his fun and effective boot-camps. Tony has a fun, upbeat style and is able to motivate his clients through enthusiasm and encouragement. Tony is Certified in Nutrition, Personal Training, Functional Training,Group Training, Stretching, Kettle-bell, Kickboxing, Flexibility and MMA conditioning. He is also a NESTA Physique and Figure Specialist and a natural (drug tested) body building champion. Tony’s clients say that he works them hard, and is always positive with them.
Robin started with Limitless as a client in 2016 and it soon became apparent that she was a natural trainer. Originally her fitness goal was to fit back into pre-baby jeans, but after seeing the strength and mobility others were achieving, she discovered a fierce desire to get strong and set out to see what her body was capable of doing. As Robin has achieved and exceeded her fitness goals, she’s inspired many with her determination. Her dedication has not only transformed her body, but as she’s increased her strength, the pride and confidence that comes with that shines through. Robin was a professional pilot before becoming a mom, and is now a certified professional fitness trainer, leading group training classes and personal training.
Stephan joined Limitless after seeing the transformation in his wife’s health and confidence when she began working out with Tony. Stephan served in the US Navy and is a lifelong fitness and adventure enthusiast with a passion for Tae Kwon Do and cycling, in particular. Even though he stayed fairly active with martial arts training, he missed a more consistent and challenging work out. Stephan dramatically changed his body composition by increasing his strength, adding lean muscle, and dropping body fat and is better shape now than twenty years ago! Now a certified professional fitness trainer, he leads group classes as well as provides personal training, bringing a unique understanding and ability to inspire people like his wife, who have struggled with body self-esteem issues and feeling comfortable in a gym environment.
